This simple, sophisticated and delicious cocktail originated from Harry’s bar in Venice.

Ingredients
Prosecco (2/3)
Peach Purée (1/3)
Method
We find the easiest way to ensure the minimum of stiring is to pour prosecco 1/3 of the way up the glass, then add the 1/3 peach puree, then top up with the final 1/3 prosecco. If required give the drinks a gentle stir.
Tip – if you don’t have peach puree you can make it by blending either ripe peaches or even tinned peaches.
